Our Lead Instructor is Mary Dawes, a qualified instructor with over 10 years' experience and a passion for teaching First Aid. She has taught courses for blue chip companies, child care centres, apprentices from almost every trade, fitness industry, retailers, corrective services, sporting and community organisations. Mary is also a busy mum with two young boys, so she can apply her own personal learning and provide parents with practical solutions to life’s little (or not so little) accidents. Mary is an accredited representative of numerous First Aid & OHS Organisations including TAFE NSW, and Safety Corp Pty Ltd.
As a mum of two young daughters, Mel completely understands how important it is for new parents to feel safe and confident in an emergency. She is equally passionate about passing on her knowledge and skills to parents (and parents to be). Mel is a qualified Instructor across a range of First Aid subjects and takes a relaxed and friendly approach to her sessions, so you are sure to learn those valuable life-saving skills in a fun environment.
“Mel was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and made the session engaging. I’d highly recommend the training to friends and family.”

Lynda is a busy Mum of three beautiful energetic girls but still finds the time to provide engaging First Aid training. She is a fully qualified First Aid Instructor with Advanced First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation qualifications. Lynda's background as an Occupational Therapist, paediatrics and as a Sports Medic at major sporting events makes her a great asset to the First Aid For You team.
"I just wanted to say thank you so very much for sending out Lynda to take us all for our first aid and CPR today. She was totally outstanding and for the first time everyone actually said that they enjoyed a first aid course and it wasn't painful whatsoever. We will definitely be in touch next year when everyone needs to renew their CPR."
